Hi. I ordered some clothing off of Instagram. The person told me to send the money to him through friends and family and said they would arrive within 2-4 weeks from China. It's now been 7 weeks (I'm not sure if this is due to Covid-19) and the clothes havent arrived and he has blocked me on instagram. However, before blocking me he sent me a tracking site which I cant find again after he blocked me. He is also refusing to answer my emails. I tried to open a dispute, but PayPal didnt allow me to have the refund. What could I do? Thanks Yus_786
