Wondering if anyone's had a similar experience...today I had a PayPal case opened against me for an eBay purchase, with the buyer claiming they 'did not authorise the purchase'. Item was shipped to an Argos collection point, tracking says 'Delivered', and eBay shows the item as 'Collected'.
Something seems fishy...any advice from anyone who's had this? Money's on hold which is a bit frustrating. Haven't had any contact from the buyer through eBay or elsewhere, to suggest any issues (item was working fine when sent).
