Hello! I am a streamer on the gaming platform and today I recieved a donation of $140 from a generous viewer. The problem is that he’s now charging back the amount, however I’ve already transferred the funds into my back account leaving me negative in my paypal account. This is the first time this has happened to me so I’d like some advice on how to go about this. I put a disclaimer in my donation box saying donations are non-refundable. The donator is 14 years old and had disputed the transaction saying it was an unauthorised payment made without permission. Any advice would be appreciated, this is really my only source of income so I’m quite frustrated this had happened.
