Sold iphone 7 to a buyer in Portugal who claims he received a cheaper phone instead and said he video’d himself opening the parcel and taking the cheaper phone out. Is this fraud if he claims the money back through eBay or Paypal? What can I do to prevent his refund. I’ve threatened him with the police but I’m not sure how realistic that is. Phone sale value was £200
