does my client put claim or something on payment on which my client already marked as received???

I gave a service to my client like he asked me to send something over whatsapp and i provided it and once he received all those product he maid the payment but now he is asking me to provide full refund otherwise he will take some legal action....
I am very confused what to do?
because I have used any shipment or something to send those things to him and he asked me to give all these products to someone he knows and I gave it to him and he is asking me to refund.
amount is so big like $20,000 US DOLLAR.
please help what to do

I can certainly understand how concerning something like this can be.
Has the sender of the payment filed a claim against the transaction? If yes, what kind of claim have they filed? Why are they requesting a refund?
