I’m selling a boat. A buyer, who claims to be hearing impaired, can’t talk to me on the phone.
He wants to send me the $16,000 via PayPal.
I’ve told him I won’t release the boat until the money is in my account, and I’ve transferred it to my checking account.
is there any way he can cancel the transaction and get his money back once it’s in my bank account?

Boats are not covered under PayPal purchase/seller protection but the buyer can chargeback if paid with credit card or possibly get sued in civil court.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
