Hello everyone,
I was legally selling USD for EUR in the crypto exchange Binance.com. Where the process was like this: I made an order to sell USD, the buyer placed the amount which he wants to buy; then he transfered to me EUR to my PayPal account, and as soon as EUR were in my account, I did a confirmation to Binance.com (that I received euro) and then they automaticaly transfered the USD to buyer’s account according to established exchange rate.
And the problem is that there is this buyer who bought a lot of USD from me, he had now opened various claims that those his EUR transactions were not authorized. PayPal already returned him some money. Now this fraudster has his EUR back and also my USD. The claims are in total more than 2000 EUR. When I sent an email to PayPal explaining the situation, they did not even respond; they just returned to that fraudster the money.
Does anyone know what shall I do now?
Thank you in advance for any tips.
