Pending payments

This is my first time using PayPal to receive money for an item I got an email saying I need to provide shipping Information before the funds are released but I don’t see anything in my PayPal account that would indicate I have any pending transactions is this normal or am I possibly being scammed

Yes, it’s possible you are being scammed. Payment has to appear before you provide tracking.
