PayPal you fail me again!, I had a client book my time for a photoshoot many months ago, he booked with a NON refundable deposit as I clearly stated on the PayPal invoice. The deposit was to block the date in my schedule for the service, the client is due to pay for the service upon meeting on the service date. However, the client canceled my service so as stated I told them I will keep the deposit as I can no longer book work on this date as I held it for them. Now they have made a cliam here on PayPal and they have been rewarded the deposit back. It is my right and my company policy to keep the deposit as I stated I would before they paid to block my time. How is my money safe with Paypal if you violate my company policies and cant protect your clients money?
