Hello I had a msg from ebay stating customer requested return to which I agreed by sending him private message saying that I will give him full refund after him sending item back to me.Now I went to my PayPal and it's on minus?Has the money been paid to him already before he sent item back?Or I will have to pay back this negative balance and then add another 85 £(item's price) to refund but then I pay twice?I'm so confused with this!Anybody could explain this to me please?
