MONEY REFUNDED

Please help.

i have a dispute running against a buyer. I have objected to Paypal rulung, got then fraud department involved, but why has the buyer been refunded teh full £150 if still a dispute?

Hi @Millgate56,

I'm sorry to hear that the dispute was not found in your favor. Upon the closure of a dispute, the funds are provided to the party that wins the dispute. If you have appealed the outcome, that will be evaluated and a determination will be made based on that appeal, but the funds will not be held again pending that decision.
