Is there any way to appeal a case without a tracking number?

I recently sold two Xbox gift cards for a total of $100 but the way of delivery I did was through eBay messages. After sending the codes the buyer did a chargeback claiming that he never received the codes, however in case of a situation like this I recorded myself scratching the brand new cards and typing the message containing the codes. I responded to the claim with this however it seems like the tracking number part is what's playing in the scammer's favor. Just this morning I woke up to an email saying they refunded the buyer his money, so I'm now out of a $100. I'm trying to appeal the case but it's still asking for a tracking number which I fear is the reason it's working against me. As I said I recorded everything before sending the product but the 10MB limitation paypal has is preventing me from providing the full evidence.
