I'm reporting a buyer who wants to deceive me

It's a scam. Before he bought a ps4 account from me, I told him there was no guarantee and I didn’t force him to buy. He accepted that and broke the order and then complained to us. I don't want to pay him. He has accepted our rules and now wants a refund. Please help me! He is to blame for the breakdown and is still asking us for € 30, and he has still insulted us. I want our payment of € 25 for him to be canceled, because we are not to blame for what happened, and in doing so he violated the rules of our company! Thanks in advance
