I sold my Louis Vuitton Palm Springs mini and the buyer has said as not as discribed and is t original which is NOT true I sent her the original box receipt and Palm Springs mini with a tracking number she first contacts me saying she never received the bag until I told her I was keeping track of the tracking myself she said she’ll check with her next door neighbours I never heard back from her so the next day I was checking my PayPal account and she had filed a dispute saying it wasn’t as discribed and wasn’t a original bag even though I sent her the gift bag box and receipt luckily I have found pictures of my bag prior to selling it and a photo of my receipt is there anything I can do please please please help

If she has opened a dispute then put as much information in the dispute before the buyer escalates it to a claim.

Then if they still win they should have to return the item back to you first at their expense trackable before you have to refund.

Thank you for replying, I escalated the claim she sent me back a bag that looks similar to mine but doesn’t have the same date code, she didn’t return the box or receipt or my original Palm Springs mini I’m so upset PayPal said I need to get a police report and stat declaration. The money was refunded back to the buyer before she even sent back the item this is ridiculous also now my account is $40 dollars in debt now This is sooooo unfair
