I have a case with Paypal with buyer, who bought an item from me in ebay. He opened a case there and He sent a fake tracking number for returning the item. Ebay closed the case in my favour.
After that He opened a case for chargeback in Paypal, and Paypal had given him back the money. So now I don't have the item and I don't have the money. It's really frustrating. The guy from Paypal whom I contacted by phone couldn't help me. It's really frustrating. Nobody can help You if the buyer opens a chargeback. Paypal refuses to help...
What can I do in this case ?
