Horrible company that fails to protect sellers. Pretty sure others have had the same experience after being scammed by a buyer and Paypal not being of any assistance.

Paypal are the middle men, so they give 'some' buyer and 'some' seller protection but there is always going to be someone that says ''paypal does not protect sellers'' or ''paypal does not protect buyers''.
For item not received disputes, the seller has to provide tracking to win.
With items received but not as described disputes paypal never sees the item in question so they tend to favour the buyer BUT the buyer normally has to return the item at their own expense back to the seller before getting a refund.
Sadly thats the downside to online buying and selling, you have to expect the odd bad transaction.

Kudos / Solution appreciated.
