Hello. I want to ask one question. One of my customer bought from me and open dispute as item not received on that day he bought from me(buy today, open dispute today) Paypal temporary hold my payment. Now he received his order but the dispute case is still opened and paypal still hold my money. How can I do for this?
If the case has not been escalated to PayPal, both parties do nothing and let the case expire and close on the 20th day from date of opening. The funds will be released back to you. Or you can escalate to PayPal to review the case and make a ruling.
