So I sold a vintage backpack from Japan on eBay and the seller received the item a month ago. I woke up today to a case, and it says that the buyer is filing a case with their financial institution under the reason that "the item they received wasn't as described". No description/reason, no pictures. In my original listing, I had at least four photos, a detailed description and even listed the item as Used. I included this in my response (forgot to attach photos) to the claim. The buyer didn't reach out to me before doing this and didn't leave me a review, so I feel like they're trying to scam me. Is there anything I can do? I really can't afford to be out $60something dollars, a chargeback fee and a rare item..
