So a few weeks ago I sold some digital items (brick seeds in GrowTopia) to a customer on Ebay via Paypal. Transaction went smooth, I received payment after which I delivered the merchandise . The day after my Ebay account got suspended and the client requested a refund because allegedly he did not receive his merchandise. Now I cannot access the Ebay chat where he said everything was ok and he was satisfied by his purchase, therefore I do not have any substantial proof that this particular individual did not get scammed and in addition to that I cannot get my merchandise back. What should I do?
