Havent received my money back after dispute was resolved

Alright so I run a business through an app, I had received the money for the item she bought. I had sent it out with tracking provided but the buyer had opened a dispute due to thinking that the item wouldn't arrive in time for an event, due to this the money was put on hold. The item did arrive on time and she resolved the dispute but I never received the money back that was put on hold, I've waited 3 days but nothing. Any help??

Once a case is closed in Seller's Favor, the hold will be released instantly. 

Did you receive an email saying case is closed? Whats the status of the claom when you check it with the resolution center?
