Hi,
First time ever experiencing scam as seller on Paypal. Buyer left a note to ship to a different address, (different than Paypal verified). I shipped then the buyer claimed she did not order this.
I basically have a hold for $120.
What should I do? I read online and sure that this is not covered by seller protection program
should I pursue small claims? what would you do?

You should pursue the small claims cause paypal won't help you and side with the buyer unless you can provide tracking info, if the buyer used a card however they could do a chargeback though and still get their money back.
