False dispute raised by client

My client has opened a dispute with a lie saying item not received. The tracking clearly shows item was delivered a month back and also I have proof of chat . How do I show PayPal all this ? India PayPal is so useless with not agents online avail or on call

Apparently I can’t do anything from my side . PayPal just needs tracking details from me and then will decide . So let’s see . I am worried
