Customer opened an unauthorized payment dispute for transaction over 10 months

My ebay customer opened an unauthorized payment dispute case for transaction made in May 2020 (Last year).
The case has been closed in favour of buyer. 
I can't provide POD due to shipment has been past over 6 months which logistics company cannot provide me the POD documents.

What should I do ?  How can I submit appeal at Paypal ?

I understand your concern regarding the dispute on the account. If you're unhappy with the decision of the case, you can appeal the outcome of a claim. You can appeal within 10 days of case closure. Our concerned team investigate the case and get back to you with the result. I had the same case. After 90 days paypal issued unauthorised payment case Against me and later closed the case for buyers favour. Actually paypal didn’t want to waste their time to investigate the case. Anyway, i was a tough nut for them. I checked with au post to get the delivery information, as it was bit late, they only provided the information that the item was delivered to the address as well as my tracking number was valid. But paypal kept saying that they couldn’t find the delivery information and it was not a valid tracking number And it has no seller protection ....lier ( off course they can't see them because it was more than 3 months old, but it was their duty to find them with post office as they keep old tracking information differently and it wad under seller protection ) anyways...Summary is...I won the case later and found my money back by simply opened a case Against paypal in fare trade... That's the best thing. If you Have delivered it through tracking number and it was delivered... Then you are the winner. Because paypal never release the money until it delivered to the place. It cost you nothing.. Just open an online case
