My customer opened a false dispute against me saying he never received some items from me. If I just don't respond and he never escalates it to a claim what happens? I want to stress, he has not escalated it to a claim yet. It is a dispute. I heard that it will just close in 20 days if nobody says anything but I wanna know for sure.
