Buyer swapping item and claiming refund

Hi guys,

 

Just sold a jacket to a buyer whose profile shows that she bought a very similar but much cheaper and poorer quality jacket a couple of weeks ago. The payment is on hold and I’m really concerned that she’s going to receive my jacket, claim there’s a fault, claim a refund and then swap my jacket for the cheaper one she bought earlier and send the latter back to me. This will obviously mean I will lose the jacket and the money.

 

Are there any ways around this or am I protected from this happening somehow? Apologies if this a stupid question but I couldn’t find any answers already online.
