Buyer returned a product two weeks after agreed refused to use my label then after she mailed it filed with PayPal now the package is lost I am waiting to here PayPal decision I don't understand how this can be a decision when she returned it late and didn't use my label and it's lost

We appreciate you reaching out to the community. If the buyer's online return tracking doesn't end up showing delivery to your PayPal address, the claim will be resolved in your favor. If the claim ends up being resolved in the buyer's favor and you didn't receive the parcel back, you'll have the ability to appeal PayPal's decision within 10 days of the claim being closed.
