Help!! The buyer request a dispute and I have shipped the item and it was on hold on her local facility!! I called usps and say it was beyond their control, I tried to talk to the buyer, saying it was on her country already but she wouldn’t listen and still want a refund! I am afraid that she might received the item and still will get the refund! It’s worth almost $200 items and I have shipped the package and give her all proofs that it’s on her way and yet she still make a dispute without contacting me! It’s a big loss of money if I lose!! Help, I have provided the screenshots of the tracking of the items and provided the label as well and a conversation with her telling her I have sent the package!! I really need help for this!!
