I am the current president of the Rotary Club of Acton-Boxborough (MA). Our Charitable Endowment currently has an active PayPal Account that we use for fundraising. Evidently we also previously had separate Club Account under a different name, and one of our members recently paid for a club event using that account, but we could not access that account because no one in the club nor past members remembers anything about the account ... consequently I can find no owner, ID or Password. I contacted PayPal Customer Service but since all I had was the account name, they would not provide me with any information, nor could they help me update the account. Is there anyone I can contact to help be either update or inactivate the account?
