Sole trader in uk can't upload business certificates and stuck at upgrading, how to cancel?

Hi, I am a self-employed ceramic artist, I'm stuck at uploading business certification so that I can upgrade my personal PayPal account to business account. But I don't have business certification here and I don't need one here as a crafter selling in market. What can I do now as it seems stacked at this procedure. How can I cancel the upgrade and get my personal account back please?

If you are in the UK then why do you have a China registered paypal account?

Hi there, this account I had it for a long time which was registered when I was living in China, but now I'm living in the UK ,so I thought might as well use this one account to be my craft business here...

Paypal is country specific so if you move countries you have to close your old Paypal account and open a new Paypal account registered in the country where you now live. You would then need to add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.

You should really withdraw any funds / resolve issues / remove cards and bank accounts / cancel any subscriptions and close the old Paypal account before you move countries. If you don't then you may have problems doing so once you have moved and may need to contact customer services for help to resolve things.
