giving error adding address

Paypal says I can add 4 more email adresses as an account, however when I want to add an hotmail.com account it gives an error and it will not add this email adress, anybody knows the solution ?

I'm sorry to hear that you are having trouble adding an email address to your PayPal account. It could be possible that you are facing a technical issue and I request that you clear the cache from your browser. If you are still facing issue, you will have to contact our support.
