close my business paypal account so Can i use same company details which is register in uk

I am from UAE and my company registered in United Kingdom. And i create paypal business account but i want to change my business country/region in business location address because it showing me business address in UAE. My is business is in UK. So i want to close this business paypal account and can i create a new with using same UK LTD company and same everything?

If you don't live in the UK you can't use a UK paypal account.
