I mistakenly began the process to make my account a business account and want to change it back.

I was mistaken as to what the Paypal business account and began the changing process without realizing what it would do. Now, I want to return to my old personal Paypal account but the login from chrome won't let me past the "Please tell us about your business" page. Using my phone also has a similar result, but on my phone it simply just doesn't log in even after using touch ID. This is frustrating as I use Paypal for money often, and have money I want to access ASAP but can't get back into my account. How to fix this?

There is no automatic way to downgrade a business account to a personal account, you have to contact customer services and they will do that for you.

Or you could just close your business account (removing all subscriptions / financial info etc first) and open a personal one.
