These paypal idiots forgot to put a function for picking the monthly cash back category anywhere on the website. Nowhere can it be found on the site, just like the site has always been, pure amateur **bleep**. 0 logical functionality on this dumb excuse for a website, just a pile of nonsense functions from the decades. And every couple weeks these pea brains change the way the login screen looks or some **bleep**, but they never have core functions linked ANYWHERE, like I've scoured the entire garbage website.
