Hey, past this week i have been dealing with a problem
I needed to make a new paypal account to post this question, because i need help.
My problem is :
Everytime i try to log in to my account via paypal app trough phone, i can't, it opens up a browser tab with a message " Sorry we couldn't confirm it's you "
So i tried logging in via pc, browser, i tried 3 browsers, firefox, tor, microsoft edge, everytime it asks for me to verify the login via paypal app, that i can't actually open, and i am stuck at this spot
There is 57eur left there and i don't really want to lose that money
If you need proof i have proof
I know the name of the paypal account too, i know the security questions and the number of the account.
I even know who i sent money to.
I can prove that the account is mine

Hi! I tried to log into my account but wont let me anymore. Whenever I try trouble logging in - I allows me to put the email address and has a green check mark on it - then when I ask to send or reset the password to my email associated to my email it won't let me and will say sorry we cant confirm its you. I still have a balance on my paypal account. I hope you could all help me! pls!

The system is showing me a message "Cannot confirm it is you" and doesnt allow me to login to my account ! . PLS HELP caus ive done a transaction and i have to check it.

Are you in Cyprus? Only a lot of countries cannot use paypal and so try and bypass the ban by using an account registered in Cyprus.
If that is what you are doing then you won't be able to confirm its you unless you have a Cypriot mobile phone and address information linked to Cyprus.

Do you have a mobile (not landline) phone issued in your country and registered in just your name verified on your Paypal account?
Paypal are using mobile phones for i.d requirements for logging in and withdrawal funds for extra security measures.
If not reach out to customer services for help.
Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.
1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.

Hi,
I was using PayPal normally and it worked well but I didn't use it for some days and it showed me an error like this
"Sorry we couldn't confirm it's you!"
I tried to reset PayPal account password but still showed the same error and I don't know what to do.
I have my money and card stuck in there , if someone can tell me what this error means and can I fix it. It's been literally 2 years from now trying to open my PayPal account and I tried calling customer service and it says something about Covid-19 and they cant help me!! Please someone help, earlier @kernowlass or replied to me to try
1. Downloading the app to see if it will let you in to change / update it in the settings.
2. Log on via developer.paypal.com, go to paypal.com and change it in settings.
3. Use the forgotten password option several times.
4. Trying another browser that may let you in without phone verification (then change it when you have logged in).
5. Trying again another day when sometimes you can get in without doing the verification and then change the number.
6. Changing the password a few times sometimes works as it can bypass the phone verification.
7. Try clicking on P top of the forum page and see if you can log in via the forum.
but none of these worked for me!!!

Hi
I have difficulties login PayPal since I have a personal account (personal outlook email) and a Society account (personal society IMAP4 email), but only one Mobile Phone number.
1. I cannot use the any email address + password combination to log in (-->"Some of your info isn't correct. Please try again")
2. If I use my mobile number + password --> I go to Paypal personal account
3. If I use Firefox browser (cookie) and PayPal Username + mobile number as 2FA --> I go to my society account
4. If I use the new Edge browser, I cannot use my PayPal username or Society email (-->Some of your info isn't correct. Please try again.)
Sometimes I got a message - "We cannot verify you since you do not have a Mobile Number set."
This is not correct. I have a mobile number set in both profiles (and 2FA is working at least with my society account)
It seems PayPal is confused with one mobile number?
