Account Limited Permanently Warning For My Paypal Account

Hello,

Today I received a warning like this for my Paypal account that I have been using for 1.5 years without any problems.

''Account limited permanently: Some of your products or services are in violation of the PayPal Acceptable Use Policy''

I have not had any problems or suspicious transactions and have not received any warnings so far.

However, on November 13, 2024, a person purchased a service from me and paid for it. I delivered the service 10 minutes later. However, a few days later I received an e-mail from Paypal regarding the payment for this delivery.

In the e-mail, the person who received the service from me reported the payment to his bank as ''I did not make it, I do not know''. Paypal reduced my balance by -18.4$ regarding this situation. (Negative Balance)

I also submitted all the evidence I have to Paypal. The person tells me in our correspondence that I didn't do it and offers to send it to you in crypto, but I first ask him to reply to my private message from Paypal and confirm that he didn't do such a thing, but he NEVER responds. He makes excuses.

I sent the evidence I have to Paypal 3-4 times again.

Today, I learned that my Paypal account has been limited in accordance with the "PayPal Acceptable Use Policy".

There is no other explanation. Why did I experience this situation? What did I do wrong? I have no idea. Please tell me the reason for this so that I can fix this situation. I have not done anything wrong with my Paypal account. But this situation has upset me a lot.

Please help. I have no idea what happened.

You can rarely appeal a permanent ban but if you want to try an appeal then contact customer services.

They 'may' pass it to the back office but the chances of the appeal being successful are slim. Paypal state that the decision is not made lightly and once made is usually final.

Thank you for your answer to guide me.

I have been using an account for a long time and I have not received any warnings. I used it as I always did. I think it was because of the person who opened the dispute, but I presented my evidence transparently. This should not be a reason. People may be inclined to deceive Paypal due to malicious approaches.

If it was due to another situation, at least a warning should have been sent to the old account owner so that I can fix any mistakes that I am not aware of. There should be a chance for this. Because my account became a limited account without any understandable reason. If I knew the reason, I would do my best to compensate for this situation.
