Years back, I had a fraudulent charge on my card via my PP account. Resolved everything with my bank but my PP account became limited and one of the things I have to do is confirm my card number of the card that was used to make a fraudulent charger so I cannot confirm it. (its a Mastercard but ive only ever had a Visa card). I had contacted PP at that time more than once and NEVER got a reply. I can't even close my account because of this restriction... Any help?
