Update primary email message?

I logged into my account this morning and there's a message at the top of the screen, "update your primary email" and when I click it it says there's a problem with (primary email address) and asked for me to put in another, I switched it to my other one on the account and it says the same. I'm not having trouble sending or receiving emails on either account so I'm not sure what the issue is. I tried adding my third email account and get a message "we are having some trouble completing your request right now", is paypal just having a brain fart right now or something?

I'm guessing it was a brain fart, because it's not doing it anymore.
