I understand your concern about having your friends company in your PayPal account. Unfortunately, you won't be able to do so. If you're a partner in the company then you may have to add your details for the verification purpose. When a business account is created you'll need to submit some of the business details and documents that should match with information on PayPal account such as name of the owner, address etc.
