I have been temporarily locked out of my mom's account. I was setting up a new phone for her when I got this message. For your security, we've temporarily locked your account. What do you recommend?

Welcome to the PayPal Community! I'm sorry to hear you're running into some issues helping your mom update her account info. If the account you're trying to access has been locked, I'd recommend reaching out to our Customer Support teams by clicking "Contact" at the bottom of any PayPal Page for assistance. They'll normally be able to guide you through this kind of issue.
