SMS does not arrive

Hi!

I can't access my account all day. My phone number is active. Calling is not working either. I also tried it from the android app. I live in Hungary. What is the problem?

I'd first recommend reviewing the troubleshooting steps on your end by changing your browser or clearing your cache and cookies. It would be great if you used a laptop or a desktop to perform this action after 24–48 hours. 

Also, it would be great if you contact your network service provider. If you're still running into issues after that, please feel free reach out to our Customer Support teams by clicking 'Contact' at the bottom of any PayPal page.
