Problem with providing additional info about account and business

Hello, I've opened my Paypal account recently. I'm trying to give more info about my account and my business to be able to send or receive payments but it stays at the same page when I either click on the "Next" or "Back" button until I close and restart Paypal app. For this reason I can't access questions about providing additional info to verify my identity which are stated in description. Is this some sort of Paypal bug? It happens on both website and Paypal business app. Device I use is Samsung galaxy tab S6 lite.
