One Time Passcode not working. Unable to contact Paypal
Just keeps asking for OTP and even when I get other options like phone number it just keeps asking for OTP and then tells me the code on the Paypal website is not valid
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
