So I have a paypal Business account. Recently I was making a purchase and at check it out is you could use pay in 4. However when I went to check out it never gave me an option for pay in 4. It just did the normal paypal check out. I thought it was odd I have never tried pay in 4 and thought maybe I would give it a try and see how I liked it. I did contact the merchant and say it wasn't working and they said it was they checked and everything was fine. So why did paypal not even bring up a sign up for the pay in four and just auto pay it like I wanted pay in full? It said when I checked out I would be referred back to paypal to decide weather i wanted pay in full or pay in four and non of that even happened. I am just confused and wondering if the pay in 4 is actually just a scam everywhere. Very confused and the funniest part is Paypal sent me an email asking me if I wanted to offer pay in four on my website. Obviously I am not going too since it seems it doesn't even work to begin with.
