My father can not Log into paypal, it says "sorry, something went wrong on our end. Please try again", he can not reset the password either due to a similar error, when called they ask for our area code and phone number, but the Georgian area code is 3 numbers and the number itself is, while the call can only recognise 10 numbers causing yet another issue, what should he do?
Welcome to the PayPal Community Forum. I'm sorry to hear your father is unable to login to PayPal or reset their password. Normally, his best option would be to reach out to our Customer Support teams for assistance.
