My Address isn’t showing up/isnt real when I try to confirm my identity

When I try to verify my identity it doesn’t think my address is real, I’ve tried just about everything to fix this and I can’t figure it out. I live in a decently populated town in Alaska and I have no issues with any other platform regarding this, any help is great.
