How do I give access to my web developer, for the integration of my website, without my developer having access to my PayPal money payments or PayPal money receipts?

I needed to verify my business IBAN for use only for withdraws from PayPal to the IBAN… (?) but Not for using my IBAN for funding payments I do with PayPal...?

Hi, I have a web developer and we choose to use PayPal for our merchant account on the e-commerce website. The web developer is asking for the secret key so he can integrate my PayPal with my website. What information do I need to provide him so that he can complete the integration?

The web developer needs "Developer Access", I knew how to do this but had forgotten, How to give somebody "Developer Access" to my PayPal Account...?
