Login with text code is not a secure method of login. SIM swapping is real. How do I disable login with text code? There are several other reliable MFA options enabled.

Hello @Westbrook215,
Welcome! Thank you for visiting PayPal's Community Forum. I understand you would like something more secure than the one-time passcode when logging into PayPal. I'm sorry to say there is not a way to turn the option to offer a one-time passcode off when you go to login. However, PayPal does offer the option to set up 2-step verification using an authenticator app (like Google authenticator and Microsoft authenticator). Here are the steps to set up 2-step verification.
Best wishes!
