What should I do if I can't log in to another account because phone number has changed and I get an SMS. bad phone number

I understand that you are facing issues accessing your PayPal account due to an old phone number. I know it can be stressful when you can't access the account. I recommend you contact us through Help and Support option of PayPal website and choose the "Password and account access" issue. The concerned team would assist you accordingly. Once, you are logged into your account, you will be able to update your new phone number.
