Login issues

Hi everyone,

I am having trouble to login to my paypal account. I setup a business account few days ago, and used 2 FA with the google Authenticator App. I was able to login few times but now it is not working at all. It asks me to put the 6 digit code from the Authenticator app, once I do that it says unable to verify my identity, I should either contact customer support or try again later and it won't let me login. I have tried several times, no success. Meanwhile I need to login before disabling the 2FA function on the account. Can I disable the  2FA by any other means? Because I cannot see any other option. I have cleared cookies and cache, used different browsers, on pc and mobile, it is not working. I am writing from a different account. What can I do, how can I login and disable 2FA. Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you in advance!

If you go to the 'Help & Contact' icon on the PayPal website. Then if you click the 'Contact Us' link at the bottom of the page. From here, if you click the 'Password and Account Access' option, then 'Login Problems'. On the next page, you will see a 'Call Us' option. You do not need to be logged in to use this feature.

Does it means, PayPal do not have any other options to resolve this issue than to call them?

Well that's the best way as using other methods may mean they can't help you and will advise you to phone.

But if you want to try then.................

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.

1. Paypal phones (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, (during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out).
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a private direct message via Social Media on Facebook, Twitter/X, or Instagram pages.
