Login issue

Hi guys, I have a problem with loggin to my old account. In mobile app i get a message that "Account was disabled due to many login request" on the web i get message "Something went wrong" and then if i can use forgot password function then i get message "Something went wrong on our site" - so paypal has problem. Could you please help me how can i unblock my account ? Is there any other options like Call to paypal ? (I don't speak English very well) Thanks
